Apply2Intern

Apply2Intern was a project I built for an international organization who wanted to create a global internship platform for students, graduates, and organizations. My role was to turn their idea into a reliable, scalable product that could support career discovery and recruitment at an international level.

I engineered the entire system end-to-end—from the student portal/dashboard to the company dashboards and the admin control center. The platform allows students to discover internships, submit applications, upload documents, and track progress with ease. On the other side, companies and institutions get tools for managing applicants, reviewing submissions, and monitoring activity across their opportunities.

A major focus was building a workflow that removes friction for both applicants and organizations, while ensuring the platform could scale globally. I designed secure document handling, a structured application process, and dashboards tailored to each user role.

This project showcased my ability to take a client’s vision and build a polished, fully functional solution that improves career readiness and recruitment efficiency in a real, impactful way.
